DMX provides environment services (music, promotion, scents, etc) to retailers, restaurants, gyms, and hotels across the world. With its ability to reach over 100 million people a day, DMX clients include 300 premier brands such as Victoria's Secret, Hilton Hotels, 24 Hour Fitness, Nordstrom, and Abercrombie & Fitch.
Challenge
DMX wanted to expand its product line and find new solutions to reach the consumer on multiple devices. Additionally they only had access to live performances and not artists back catalog material in which they wanted to gain access.
Solution
The DMX Boutique, powered by appliedSB, allows for consumers to download music, receive special offers, sign up for email or text message alerts, and learn more about the brand. Each physical location also has mobile capabilities for on the spot signup for contests, information, and more.
Result
DMX is now using 130 sales reps worldwide and expanding their revenue base because of the popularity and success of the appliedSB-powered DMX Boutique.
