appliedSB currently has under license approximately 3.5 million tracks for digital and 3.0 million for mobile downloads from 225,000 artists, including those signed with all the major music labels (Universal, Sony Music Entertainment, Warner Music, EMI Music) and one of the largest music catalogs of independent artists.

We expect to have approximately four million licensed tracks from over 300,000 artists by the end of 2009. The terms of the existing licenses are Digital Rights Management (DRM)-Free licenses so that the tracks can be downloaded to and played on any device. We are the first company to offer a private label solution with a DRM-Free catalog from all four major labels.
